The paper craft project is all about paper quilling art form which involves colored paper strips that are rolled, curled, twisted, shaped and stick together to create a desired 2 or 3 dimensional
form or character. Quilling is also referred as paper filigree
technique and I have used to this paper technique to create
any many different fantasy characters a few existing 90's cartoon
characters and a few miniature characters of my own.
